2025 Fall Recreation & Local Travel Club


New for 2025:
  • We are switching to SCHOOL AGES grouping (vs. Birth Year)
  • Local Travel League created.. see below

Opens: June 9th, 2025

Rec Leagues:
1. Tots are split up by the below ages, co-ed.  Saturday morning sessions.
  • U4 - (8/1/2021-12/31/2022)
  • U5 - (8/1/2020-7/31/2021)
  • Tots will have Diamond Soccer trainers at every session
2. U6 (8/1/2019-7/31/2020) - typically coed and will have one weekly-weekday practice. Saturday morning games. We will have 2 practices before the first game this season.
3. U7 (8/1/2018-7/31/2019) - typically coed and will have one weekly-weekday practice. Saturday morning games. We will have 2 practices before the first game this season.
4. U8 (8/1/2017-7/31/2018) - typically coed and will have one weekly-weekday practice. Saturday morning games. We will have 2 practices before the first game this season.
  • Coed or not will depend on participation numbers. If possible, we will split up boys/girls
  • Combining U7/U8 will also depend on participation numbers. If possible, we will split up U7/U8.
  • U6/U7/U8 play 4v4 with no goalies
  • U6 and older - First 2 weeks are practice weeks ( starting week of 8/25)

Local Travel League
  • U9 and older will play games vs Audubon and Tarkill
  • Games will be in Audubon, Tarkill and Haddon Heights.
1. Championship League - U9/U10 (8/1/2015-7/31/17) (Formerly Younger Club)- coed playing 7v7 with goalies. Will play other towns in the 'Local Travel' League. Games days/nights vary. Mostly Friday nights and some Saturday mornings
2. Premiere League - (U11/U12/U13/U14/U15) (8/1/2010-7/31/2015) (Formerly Older Club) - coed playing 11v11 with goalies. Will play other towns in the 'Local Travel' League. Games days/nights vary. Mostly Friday nights and some Saturday mornings

Games start on the wknd of 9/5/2025 for all ages

COST: Multi-player per family discounts are applied
Tots: $110
All other groups: $130

EQUIPMENT:
-All players will receive team shirts
-All players will need to wear shin guards and socks (not supplied by HHSC)
-Cleats are not required but are highly encouraged

IMPORTANT DATES:
06/09/2025 - Registration Opens
08/03/2025 - Registration Closes (without late fee) - request for coaches begins
08/04/2025 - Registration Late Fee Starts ($20)
08/10/2025 - Team Selection begins
08/10/2025 - Deadline for requests 
08/11/2025 - Team Selection completes - Shirts ordered. (No team changes/requests after this date)
08/25/2025 - Season Begins
10/25/2025 - Season Ends (weather permitting). Younger Club and Older Club may extend past this date

PROBABLE SCHEDULES:
Season Dates: 8/25 - 10/25 - 10 weeks long (weather permitting)
  • Tots start on 9/06 for 8 weeks
  • All other ages will have 2 practice weeks before their first game
Practices: All ages except tots have one weekly practice
-U6 - 6-7pm -  Mondays
-U7 - 6-7pm -  Mondays 
-U8 - 6-7pm -  Mondays
-Championship League -U9/U10 - 6-7pm (likely) -  Wednesdays
-Premier League - U11+ -6-7pm (likely) -  Wednesdays

Games:
-U4 - 0830-0915 AM - Saturday Mornings 
-U5 - 0930-1015 AM - Saturday Mornings 
-U6 - 1030-1120AM -  Saturday Mornings 
-U7 - 1130AM-1220PM (likely) -  Saturday Mornings 
-U8 - 1130AM-1220PM (likely) -  Saturday Mornings 
-Championship League -U9/U10 - TBD Possibly Fri Nights or Saturday Mornings
-Premier League - U11+ - TBD Possibly Fri Nights or Saturday Mornings

COACHES NEEDED:
-Are you willing and able to coach??? 
-You can sign up as a coach during registration.
-Soccer experience is helpful, but not necessary

COACH ROLES:
-Communicate with HHSC Board for schedule changes
-Communicate with team for schedule changes on GameChanger
-Run practices
-Set up and break down fields (sometimes may be required)
-Ref and run the games, sub players in and out (helps to have an asst. coach)
-Tots coaches work with trainers to help manage team
