As we look to further strengthen our Player Development programs, starting in the fall of 2023, we want to begin an Academy system for girls and boys born in U7.  They would start working together a year before they can play a game in SJSL / SJGSL.  A few things in explanation:

a.  Several clubs have been moving this way, to create more enhanced pre travel programs, so we are in catch up mode.
b.  The training sessions will be trainer led.
c.  We will also need coaches and would like them identified prior to the start of the Academy Program.  If you are interested in coaching a team (games would actually start in the Fall of the next year) please send an email to the Club email address.
d.  This program would be perfect for players who are looking for the next challenge beyond Recreation soccer.  With that said, a player could participate in both Rec and Academy.
