SOCCER - 2010 FALL REGISTRATION

WHAT TO BRING

• Cash or Check
• For All 5 year old SOCCER players* and/or any child registering for the first time - a copy of birth certificate (*age 5 by Sept. 30, 2010)
• BOYS & GIRLS Travel SOCCER players, a small recent photo, copy of birth certificate, Social Security number and health insurance information (company name and policy number)
• Field Hockey Players MUST be in grades 3 - 8, ages 9 - 14

There are many parents who volunteer their time and efforts to provide the children of Haddon Heights and surrounding communities during the soccer season. Besides coaches, there are many people behind the scenes coordinating registration, team, practice fields, games times, uniforms, snack stand, pictures, etc… We organize approximately 550 children on over 50 teams.

To achieve this we need children registered by May 31, 2010. When families wait until late August or early September to register, teams are already formed and uniforms are already ordered. This poses a number of unnecessary last minute difficulties. As such, if children are not registered by May 31, 2010 we cannot guarantee they will have a team to play on. Parents may also be responsible for additional costs for uniforms.
